- Social Media Management:

- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Social Media Campaigns:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Track and report key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Community Building:
- Foster relationships with the online community by actively participating in relevant discussions and forums.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand the company’s reach.
- Research and Analytics:
- Conduct research on social media best practices, trends, and emerging platforms.

- Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and emerging trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
