Content Creator and Social Media Manager
Job Description
We’re looking for a talented, ambitious, and driven Social Media Manager to join our Team to support our small portfolio of internal social and hospitality businesses. As well as a great portfolio of businesses we have a host of additional benefits for our team, such as flexible hours and remote work.
This role has a focus on content creation for our venues so experience and a passion for photography, videography, and design are required. You will be shooting and editing high-quality content for our social media profiles.
The role also involves complete management of our social profiles, so we are looking for candidates with experience in managing multiple accounts and a personality who is productive and enjoys a new challenge every day.
Day To Day You Will
- Create and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
- Shoot and edit photos and videos
- Create images, graphics, and videos for posts
- Write captions in a wide variety of brand voices, ranging from fun and playful to corporate, formal updates
- Communicate with followers and communities, responding to comments and queries on our behalf
- Monitor the performance of social channels and create monthly reports for management on performance and recommendations
- Liaise with influencers and paid media representatives, where applicable
- Create paid social campaigns alongside our Lead Social Media Manager
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
The Ideal Candidate Has
- Experience in and a passion for social media
- Experience in photography and videography
- Great understanding of social media and marketing
- A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and managing communities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects in an organized but flexible manner & prioritizing when necessary
- Competitive, driven, self-starter
- Excellent English spelling, grammar, and writing skills
- Ability to communicate well with teams
Must Have
- A portfolio of work to showcase experience
- Contactable references
- Full-time – 40 hours per week
Annual Leave
