Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of successful influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires a creative mind, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive engagement across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values and objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep the brand at the forefront.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and shareable content for social media channels.
  • Work with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
  • Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing and brand strategy.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
  • Foster a positive online community and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experiences
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends particularly in the US
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Experience in e-commerce or brand work a plus, particularly with US brands
  • Able to handle multiple brands is a plus
  • Have some experience with graphic design work for content creation.
