Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep the brand at the forefront.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and shareable content for social media channels.
- Work with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Foster a positive online community and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experiences
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends particularly in the US
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Experience in e-commerce or brand work a plus, particularly with US brands
- Able to handle multiple brands is a plus
- Have some experience with graphic design work for content creation.
